Lagos holiday villa - Palmares Golf Course

Course description

Opened in 1975, Palmares is an 18 hole, par 71 course of  5961 m in length.  Spring 2010 sees the opening of a further 9 homes (27 holes in total). 

The course must be played to appreciate the spectacular views of both the ocean and the mountains.  The 1st hole is probably one of the most striking on the Algarve with it's high tee position pointing out to sea.  Palmares is currently in the process of geing upgraded t a 27 hole course.  Facilities include the Clubhouse, restaurant, bar, panoramic terrace, pro shop, lessons, driving range, putting and chipping green.
