A traditional Portuguese family home, just 4 minutes drive from the beach (15 minutes to walk), 6 minutes from Vilamoura and 10 minutes from Vale do Lobo.  The villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, air conditioning, pool heating (both run against supplments) and a games room with pool table.

The spacious living/dining room has ample comfortable seating for the whole family, cable television, DVD player and music centre.  The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob as well as a breakfast table and chairs.  The separate laundry offers a washing machine and tumble dryer.Also on this level is a double bedroom and shower room. 

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, both with full en-suite bathrooms.  On the lower level can be found the games room with pool table and the fourth (twin) bedroom with adjacent shower room.

Outside there are areas of lawn surrounded with pretty flower borders, shrubs and trees, as well as the large pool which can be heated against a supplement, barbecue terrace with dining tables and chairs, covered terraces and sun terrace.  The villa enjoys air conditioning which is run against a supplement.
