A lovely, spacious 3 bedroom, single storey villa set in a quiet area of Vilamoura.  It has a generous sized lawned garden with mature palm trees and shrubs, making this a most attractive villa for a family holiday. 

The villa overlooks the Vilamoura driving range, but is shielded by a hedge around the garden, preventing any stray golf balls landing in the garden.  The golf views are available from the roof terrace of the villa, which is exceptionally well maintained and has been tastefully furnished to a high standard.

Spacious living room with stellite television, DVD, stereo and sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace.  The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as an additional drinks 'fridge, oven, hob and microwave.

The first bedroom offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes.  There is an adjacent shower room.  The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and sliding doors leading to the terrace and garden.  The master bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.  Again, sliding doors lead to the garden and terrace. 

Outside is a large covered terrace with lounge furniture.  The barbecue area has a sink unit and the 11 x 6 m swimming pool has Roman steps.  The garden has been laid to lawn with shrubs and palm trees for decoration.  There is off-street parking using the private driveway which is accessed by electric gates.

The villa enjoys air conditioned bedrooms and a full alarm system.  The maid will be happy to organise the washing and drying of personal laundry.
