Double entrance doors open to a light airy hall with guest cloakroom.  Straight ahead ae nine steps leading to the first floor accommodation and to the left and right twelve steps lead down to the kitchen and main living areas.

On the first floor is a spacious and comfortable living room with two sofas and two arm chairs, set in front of a fireplace and 50 inch flat screen television.  The wooded floors and natural stone walls give this a very cosy feel.  Large sliding glass windows lead to a 10 m, south facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, with a dining table and reclining chairs.  Off the living room is the master bedroom suite, comprising a large bedroom with king-size double bed; windows looking out over the garden; television; wardrobe area and large bathroom with hydro bath; walk-in shower and double sinks set in granite.  There is also a separate toilet.

From the entrance hall the 12 steps lead down to a more relaxed space which comprises a living room with sofas and a further 40 inch flat screen television with several gaming accessories; a formal dining table seating 12 and five steps leading up to the kitchen.  More natural stone walls and floor to ceiling windows make this a bright and spacious living area.  The windows from the living and dining area lead to the swimming pool terrace.

The kitchen is an irregular shape, but works well, with everything being within easy reach.  There is a small tale ideal for breakfasts that seats up to sixm as well as a large American-style 'fridge/freezer; a further 'fridge-freezer; gas hob and two Gaggenau ovens; microwave, coffee machine and dish washer.  There is also a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer.

Off the ground floor living room are three bedroom suites, two twin bedded rooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms with double hand wash basisns set in granite and walk in showers.  The third edroom contains a double bed and there is a dressing area as well as an en-suite bathroom with bath and twin hand basins.

The covered terrace off the kitchen offers views across the garden and swimming pool.  To the west of this terrace is a self-contained bedroom suite with queen-size bed, wardrobes, television and large shower room.  Below this room and with it's own entrance is a cinema/games room with DVD player, large screen television and extensive library of DVDs.

Outside, the is a 12 m x 5 m swimming pool which has the option of being heated (against a supplement) which is set in a delightful landscaped garden offering plenty of lawned areas and a children's play ground.  There is also a barbecue area.
