Description

A very special six bedroom villa, built on three levels and situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the 11th hole on Quinta do Lago North Golf Course.  The well equipped games  and cinema rooms keep the family entertained whilst the professional standard kitchen and barbecue area with lighting and fans, allow you to stretch out those balmy evenings.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with heated towel rail/radiator.  All rooms have sliding doors to terraces or balconies and enjoy a variety of views.  The garden has been landscaped to match the levels of the villa.

The fitness room includes a power plate, electronic treadmill, elliptical trainer, Wii fit Plus, gym balls, dumbells and mats, LCD TV and DVD player, music system,  multimeadia system.  It is furnished with white leather sofas and arm chairs, there is also a bar area with ‘fridge and the en-suite bathroom offers a double ended bath and walk-in shower.

The well equipped kitchen has an American-style 'fridge/freezer, built in TV and dishwasher.  The washing machine in the laundry can take a 14 lb load and there is also a tumble dryer and ice machine.
Bedroom 6 has a Chinese influence, a king-size bed, LCD TV and DVD.  The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Ground
The large living room has four sets of sliding door that open onto the garden and veranda.  There is a slow burning log fire, leather armchairs, reclining massage chair, LCD TV, Sky box, DVD player, Wii games console and music system.

A grand dining room with double sliding doors accessing the veranda, table to seat 10, LCD TV, music system and internal doors to the kitchen and entrance hall.  There is also a slow-burning log fire for those cosy family gatherings.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with an American-style 'fridge/freezer dispensing water and ice, dishwasher and coffee machine.  Granite table to seat 10.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, LCD TV and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.

The French influenced bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, LCD TV and en-suite bathroom walk-in shower.

First
The spacious landing/study has sliding doors a terrace.  There is also built in wardrobes to benefit bedroom 5.

Bedroom 3 (master) has LCD TV, DVD player, super king-size bed and hi-fi.  This room enjoys superb views from various aspects.  Sliding doors open onto a very large, warp-around, south-facing terrace with outdoor seating.   There is a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a double ended bath, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. 

Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed, LCD TV/DVD and the en-suite bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5 has a double bed, LCD TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Outside
The villa is set in beautifully landscaped gardens (approx. 2,500 sq.m) that has been planted with a range of palms, shrubs, olive and citrus trees.  There is a waterfall running through to a pond with a footbridge over.  A beautiful stainless steel fountain and sculptures enhance the natural beauty.  To the rear is a large lawned area with covered barbecue and adjacent dining areas offer ceiling fans, lighting and music system with garden speakers.
