The apartment enjoys air conditioning (or heating for cooler months) in the living room and both bedrooms. This delightful ground floor apartment is ideal for a young family or more mature couple. It enjoys tranquil views across the large communal pool in Lakeside Village where there are also communal tennis courts for the use of residents and watersport on the lake.
