A magnificent four bedroom, single storey villa, located within the boundaries of The Old Course Golf Club, enjoying a peaceful and secure location.  The villa is air conditioned throughout and pool heating is available.

A majestic entrance hall leads to the stunning master bedroom suite, complete with dressing room and full en-suite bathroom.  The hall also gives access to the magnificient living/dining room which offers satellite television and like the rest of the villa, is furnished to a very high standard.  Bedroom two is double bedded with a full en-suite bathroom.  Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds and a full en-suite bathroom.  Sliding doors from the dining room lead to a covered terrace and from the living room to the sun terrace, swimming pool and garden.  The spacious kitchen has an American-style 'fridge/'freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.  The cloakroom (toilet, hand-basin and shower) also has a washing machine.  Off the kitchen is an additional bedroom which is ideal for nanny or a teenager who will be arriving home late.  (See Avoca as a 5 bedroom villa for rates).

Outside the private, mature gardens have been landscaped and offer an ornamental water feature, covered terrace, sun terrace, large swimming pool (heatable against a supplement) and spacious grassed areas for children to play or take shelter from the sun under one of the trees.
