Ideal for family or golfing holidays, this luxury villa has been recently refurbished and is located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, near to the famous Old Course and Browns Leisure Club.  A local supermarket and café are just 5 minutes walk and Vilamoura marina and beaches are located within 5 minutes drive.

The private garden is enclosed by attractive hedges and the villa backs onto rural orange and almond groves. The villa is tastefully decorated and generously equipped and offers air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms as well as the living room. There is also a slow burning log fire for cooler periods or to give a pleasing effect for Christmas and winter months and for peace of mind there is a safe for valuables.  All windows are double-glazed and electric shutters have been installed.  A toilet and hand basin have also been installed in the outdoor pool house.

Entrance hallway leads to a cloakroom and the stairs to the first floor. The master bedroom is double bedded with a full bathroom en-suite and French doors leading to a private sun terrace.  Also on this level is a twin bedroom. The large living room has satellite television, video, DVD & CD player. There is also a selection of books and board games to provide family entertainment.  A few steps lead up to the dining area that offers a large oak dining table to seat the whole party. The newly installed luxury kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Doors lead to the barbecue terrace that overlooks the pool and garden, ideal for al fresco dining.  The Games Room is located in the basement and contains table football and a pool table.

On the first floor is the second master bedroom, containing a double bed and full en-suite bathroom.  There is a further twin bedroom and separate shower room.  The upper hall gives access to a large balcony with views across Vilamoura and over the pretty garden, from which can be enjoyed the scents from the blossom of the wide variety of pretty trees and shrubs.
