Description

A superbly appointed family home equipped with internet access, an alarm system, under-floor heating and air conditioning.  The villa can be heated against a supplement.  Overlooking the 8th tee of Pinheiros Altos golf course and the Ludo Valley, located twenty minutes drive from the airport, five minutes from the beach, supermarket and local shopping, with five star restaurants, night clubs, nature trails, and various golf courses nearby.

On the ground floor are the entrance hall, cloakroom and study with telephone, fax and wireless broadband.   A spacious living room with cable televison and radio/CD player has an archway leading to the marble floored dining area. The yellow wooden kitchen has a bright airy atmosphere and is well equipped with dishwasher and microwave, etc.  The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.  Bedroom 1 (double) and bedroom 2 (twin) share a bathroom which has a full bath and separate shower area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower).  Doors from the bedroom give access to a terrace which enjoys beautiful views over the Ludo Valley.  The four bedrooms also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over).  Sliding doors lead to a terrace 

Outside is a large pool (9 m x 5.5 m), gazebo, delightful barbeque area and car port. The landscaped garden is built on different levels and has a feature waterfall and rockery.
