Description

A modern and spacious property situated in a small development between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, close to Dunas Douradas and the beach.  Villa Catarina offers a high standard accommodation and peace of mind when young children are around with it's enclosed gated garden and pool fencing (because of the amount of labour involved there is an erection supplement).

The villa has an impressive entrance and private parking area.  From the entrance hall to the right are three of the four bedrooms, all with adjacent twin beds made up as doubles; Master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom;   Second bedroom with a private bathroom.  At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  All of these bedrooms have direct access to the garden area.  To the left of the entrance hall is the fourth bedroom  with en-suite shower room.  There is also a guest cloakroom and open, indoor patio with water feature. 

The kitchen is modern, fully fitted and equipped with microwave, oven, vitro-ceramic hob and American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a pantry area with extra 'fridge and storage giving access to the dining area.   The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and the door gives access to the garden.

The living/dining room has satellite television, CD and DVD players and in "Ipod" docking station.  Sliding doors lead to the cover terrace with  table and chairs for outdoor meals. Beyond is the 10 x 4.5 m pool (with children’s pool) which can be fenced, built in barbecue, garden, outdoor shower and pool shower room.  There is also a private parking area. High fences and hedges make the villa completely private and very secure for children.
