On the ground floor is a secondary living room; twin bedroom; double bedroom and a bathroom.  On the first floor is the main sitting room with digital satellite receiver (BBC and free to air channels), sliding doors to a balcony; separate dining room; fitted kitchen with a microwave and a breakfast table.  There is a door leading to a terrace overlooking the pool area. The laundry room has a washing machine. Also on this level is a double bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom; a twin bedroom and a large bathroom.

Quinta Coelho has a beautiful large swimming pool (13m x 5m) with Roman steps at one end, and a submerged sitting area at the opposite end, surrounded by large terraces with a shower. Next to the pool terrace is a grassed area and a barbecue.
