The villa is surrounded by high walls and a security and enjoys extensive gardens featuring a small fountain and tennis court.  

The entrance porch to the front door leads into a spacious entrance hall.  A staircase leads up to the first floor with large living room area with open fire, book cabinets, flat screen television with free to view satellite channels, DVD and stereo/CD player.  The living room leads into a large dining area with a modern style dining suite. Large French doors line the living and dining areas leading onto a large  balcony overlooking the tennis court and surrounding gardens.

The breakfast table is lined with benches and has a window overlooking the gardens. A door from here goes into a large pantry with washing machine, storage and a sink unit.

From the ground floor entrance hall, steps lead down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room has French doors leading to the villa grounds. All bedrooms lead to the beautiful, mature gardens surrounding the villa.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, consisting of shower, toilet, bidet and double sink unit with mirror.  The bedroom has fitted wardrobes with a safe and a four poster bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and seating beside the French doors.  The third bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and seating beside the French doors. It also has an en-suite shower room with toilet, and hand basin with large mirrors. There is a further full bathroom.


Outside can be found the tennis court and a pathway leading to a Japanese style stream complete with wooden bridge. Wooden sun beds sit to one side.  A little further on can be found a lawned area for the children with swing, slide and climbing frame. A paved and shaded terrace is to the front with outside dining, built in barbeque and hammock.  Steps lead down to the walled and gated pool.  To the left of the pool is a roofed bar complete with fridge, sink unit, storage, dining table, chairs and darts board. The pool terrace has sun beds and drinks tables.  There is also an outside toilet.  To the right of the pool, steps lead up to a sun terrace with straw shades and teak sun beds, overlooking the Japanese river and the rockery waterfall into the large pool.  The pool overflows into a smaller pool beyond ideal for children to play and paddle. The front terrace also leads to a large lawn surrounded by shrubs and trees.  A little further on can be found a pond with fish and a waterfall. Steps lead up to a quiet enclosed spot with iron bench.
