Description

A luxurious 5 bedroom villa enjoying fantastic golf course, sea and mountain views in the peaceful surroundings of the exclusive La Cala Golf Resort, Mijas Costa, Spain.

The resort offers a luxury 5-star hotel, clubhouse with tennis courts and a beauty spa as well as three 18-hold golf course.  For very large families, we can also offer a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment nearby.  The villa is fully air conditioning ena deach room has its own controls for air conditioning.

Electric entance gates give access to an off-road parking area.  The entrance door opens into a spacious cool hall with stairs leading up to the bedrooms as well as down to the basement and gives open plan access to the living accommodation.  There is a bedroom and guest cloakroom on this level also.

The well equipped, modern kjitchen enjoys views across the valley and up to the maountains of Mijas.  It is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, 'fridge/freezer and central breakfast bar/work surface.  There is a washing machine in the adjacent utility room.

Two steps from the entrance hall lead up from the kitchen to the dining room which also enjoys the same views as he kitchen and also looks out towards the sea and over the pool area.  French doors give access to the covered terrace.  The leather covered chairs can seat 10 around the large wooden table.  A step down takes you to the spacious living area with large comfortable sofas, built-in flat screen satellite television, DVD player, CD payler and music system with surround sound speakers.  French doors lead out to the covered terrace with views across the pool area. 

a step down from the living areas takes you back to the entrance hall.  To the left is a twin bedroom and a guest cloakroom.  Stairs give access to the first floor.

There are four bedrooms on the firt floor, all of which enjoy the beautiful views, as do most of the bathrooms.  Bedroom two has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.  The master bedroom suite is extremely spacious fixed floor to ceiling windows as well as sliding doors that lead to a small balcony to enjoy the majestic views.  The dressing room has french doors leading to a spacious terrace which overlooks the pool and of course, enjoys those fantastic views.   The en-suite bathroom  has a full bath, separate shower cubicle and a window overlooking the mountains.  Bedroom 4 also has a double bed and sliding doors leading to the same spacious terrace as the master bedroom suite.  There is an en-suite shower room.  Bedroom 5 has twin beds and enjoys mountain views.  It has an en-suite bathroom.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to the basement where there is a very spacious room with kitchen area and shower room.  This room can be used as a play room or sixth bedroom.  The management company would be happy to hire two extra beds.

Outside can be found the large swimming pool and separate jacuzzi, barbecue area, sun terrace and covered dining terrace nd pretty gardens with a grassed area for small children to play.
