A charming 4 bedroom villa 4 bathroom, built in typical Portuguese style, but with modern facilities, located on The Old Course and within walking distance of the Clubhouse.  The villa enjoys a large heatable swimming pool and air conditioning.  The enclosed gardens have high access gates for privacy and peace of mind when young children are in the family and there is space for parking two cars on the drive.  The villa also has an alarm system.  All rooms are of a generous proportion.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms.  The double bedroom has sliding doors giving access to the garden.  There is a full bathroom close by.  Both twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The spacious living room has satellite television and a CD player.  An archway leads to the separate dining room.  The kitchen offers a dishwasher and microwave and the adjacent laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer. 

On the first floor is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  Sliding doors give access to a private balcony with enjoys views over the pool, garden and golf course.

The villa has air conditioning which offers heating for cooler months (run against a supplement) as well as a log fire.  There is an alarm system for added peace of mind.
 
Outside the 9 x 4 m pool can be heated (against a supplement) and there is a charcoal barbecue.  The gardens have been mainly laid to lawn with pretty shrubs for added colour and are totally enclosed for peace of mind when young children are in the party.
