The villa is located just a short work from the centre of the village of Boliqueime which offers a variety of bars, restaurants and local shops (bakery, grocers, chemist, etc.). The towns of Vilamoura and Albufeira are less than 10 minutes drive and offer both lively and family entertainment.  There are also a wide selection of long sandy beaches to choose from.  Boliqueime is situated just 18 miles from Faro International airport.

The spacious L-shaped living/dining room contains a wide selection of in-home entertainment with satellite television, radio, DVD and multi-disc CD player.  There is an open fireplace for cosy cooler months, family sized dining table with chairs to seat 10 and a further “snug” seating area.  The modern, fully fitted kitchen has a central cooking island with the state-of-the-art induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and large walk-in larder.  Just outside the kitchen door is a cool covered terrace overlooking the garden and barbecue area.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with adjacent twin bedroom and a separate laundry room.  The master bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom and a third bedroom (twin beds)  enjoys views across the village and out to sea.

On the first floor is a further sitting room, a twin bedroom, shower room and further twin bedroom.  One of the bedrooms and the sitting room open onto an extensive, very private sun terrace which also enjoys views across the village and out to sea.  There is a further roof terrace providing superb panoramic views of the coast.  The villa is air conditioned/heated throughout.

The pretty gardens have been landscaped and there is a large swimming pool which can be heated against a supplement and a covered dining and barbecue area.
