Description
An exceptionally well furnished and well maintained four bedroom villa in the heart of Quinta do Lago that enjoys beautiful, uninterrupted views across the golf course and beyond. Eumsmo enjoys the benefit of full air conditioning, heated towel rails in all bathrooms, alarm system, cable television, broadband wi-fi and a heatable swimming pool. (Please note that some of these items are optional extras.)
Being located close to all amenities, including the beach, bars, shops, restaurants, golf and tennis, makes Villa Eumesmo an ideal family holiday property. It is well positioned within it's extensive, peaceful, landscaped gardens and is accessed by electric gates that lead to the drive and car port. A covered porch has seating to enjoy the peaceful front garden and each bedroom has access to a private terrace.
The spacious entrance hall gives access to three ground floor bedrooms, the living room and kitchen. The comfortably furnished and spacious living room has a slow burning log fire for cooler months and two sets of sliding doors, television, DVD player and comfortable seating. The well-equipped modern dining kitchen can be accessed via the living room and in turn leads to the separate dining rom. There are sliding doors leading to an outside dining terrace so families can enjoy meals together in all seasons. Adjacent to the dining room is a guest cloak room and snug/television room.
Stairs lead to the extensive first floor master bedroom suite. Entered via the dressing room area, the suite offers super-king sized four poster bed and a flat screen television. There are two sets of sliding doors leading to a private terrace overlooking the gasrdens and pool with steps down to the errace overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom has a separate toilet and a separate shower as well as a bath and twin hand basins. Windows overlook the garden and thre is also a large feature windown overlooking the bedroom with blinds for privacy.
The three ground floor bedroos (two with en-suite facilities) and a further bathroom, are accessed by a U-shaped corridor that also gives access to the utility room (with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door leading to a discreet outside drying area). Bedroom one has adjacent single beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Sliding doors give access to a private terrace. Bedroom two has adjacent single beds and sliding doors leading to a private terrace. There is a full bathroom with separate shower opposite this room. Bedroom three has adjacent single beds, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room, flat screen television and sliding doors leading to a private terrace.
Outside the beautiful gardens slope gently down to the golf course but have been cleverly landscapted to give full privacy. There is an oval covered dining area by the pool as well as a circular dining table with curved bench seats and free-standing parasol on the sun terace outside the dining room. A free-standing gas barbecue can be used in either area.
The large (10 x 6 m) swimming pool is walled on three sides which offes some protection if younger children are in the party and it can be heated against a supplement. The entrance drive can accommodate 2 - 3 cars for off street partking and there is alkso a car port to accommodate a further car.
