Beautiful long sandy beaches spread east and west from the marina, which is lined with bars, shops and restaurants. Enter this villa (250 sq.m.) through the large entrance hall with pool table to keep the teenagers amused. The spacious living room gives access to the terrace and the pool. There is a fireplace, satellite television and stereo system. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has a microwave, dishwasher, 'fridge-freezer and washing machine.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and is located on the first floor and there is also a full bathroom on this level. On the ground floor is another double bedroom and the ground floor master bedroom suite which also offers a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds which can be accessed from both the ground floor master and the en-suite bathroom. The fourth bathroom is next to the kitchen. There are fans in each of the bedrooms.

You will be delighted to relax in the garden (1750 sq.m.) and enjoy the tranquilty. This garden is splendidly laid out with mature trees and flowers of all colours.
