A charming 2 bedroom villa located in a small residential area, with it's own popular snack bar in the village of Guia, near Albufeira.   Golfinho is set in totally enclosed grounds with walls and gates.  The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and it is famous for it's numerous good value restaurants.  There is also a daily fish and fruit & veg market as well as supermarkets.  The beach of Gale is approximately 5 minutes drive, as is the popular Algarve Shopping centre and Albufeira approx. 10 minutes.

The single storey villa offers a fully fited modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.  There is a living/dining room with digi-box and card, offering a comprehensive selection of channels, a music centre and VCR. 

There is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a further shower room.  The living room and both bedrooms offer air conditioning (run against a supplement) and the villa is equipped with an alarm system.

Outside is a lovely 8.5 m x 4.5 m mosaic tiled swimming pool (biologically cleaned) with Roman steps, surrounded by terraces and a small lawn.  There is an oudoor shower and barbecue.  The pool is cleaned biologically and offers heating as an optional extra.  There is also a roof terrace for private sun bathing.
