A single storey, one bedroom cottage sent in the grounds of a larger villa. The cottage is only rented when the larger villa is not occupied therefore clients have the benefit of a beautifully landscaped garden, with large swimming pool, golf course views and an ornamental pond. For slightly larger parties, a double bedroom with en-sute bathroom in the main house can also be rented (see Ipomoea 2 bedrooms).
Overlooking The Old Course, Ipomoea has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers a double bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet. The living/dining room has a television and stereo and is open plan to the well equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
Outside is a beautiful landscaped garden overlooking the golf course, an ornamental pont, covered barbecue area and a 12 x 6 m swimming pool.
