A single storey, one bedroom cottage sent in the grounds of a larger villa and having the use of a double bedroom in the villa.  The cottage is only rented when the main house is not occupied therefore clients have the benefit of a beautifully landscaped garden, with large swimming pool, golf course views and an ornamental pond.

Overlooking The Old Course, Ipomoea has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers a double bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet.  The living/dining room has a television and stereo and is open plan to the well equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher, electric hob (no oven), fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.  The second bedroom is air conditioned with a double bed television, fridge and en-suite bathroom.

Outside is a beautiful landscaped garden overlooking the golf course, an ornamental pont, covered barbecue area and a 12 x 6 m swimming pool.
