The villa has an impressive entrance and private parking area.  From the entrance hall to the right are three of the four bedrooms, all with adjacent twin beds;  Master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom;   Second bedroom with a private bathroom.  At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  All of these bedrooms have direct access to the garden area.  To the left of the entrance hall is the fourth bedroom  with en-suite shower room.  There is also a guest cloakroom and open, indoor patio with water feature. 

The kitchen is modern, fully fitted and equipped with microwave, oven, vitro-ceramic hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a pantry with extra fridge and access to the dining area.

The living/dining room has satellite television, CD and DVD players and sliding doors leading to the cover terrace with  table and chairs for outdoors meals.  Beyond is the 10 x 4.5 m pool (with children’s pool), built in barbecue, garden, outdoor shower and pool shower room.  There is also a private parking area.  High fences and hedges make the villa completely private and very secure for children.
