Description

Villa Jade is a lovely, spacious villa, positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular town of Vilamoura.  It is particularly child-friendly as it has a swimming pool which cannot be accessed unless the entrance gate to the pool is open.  

The villa is traditional in design with modern décor, furnishings and equipment, including a large Plasma television.  There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called The Old Village.  A 5 star hotel only a few minutes walk from the villa, which offers Spa facilities, and the Marina, with its lively atmosphere and night life, is also easily accessible.  The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Ground Floor is the spacious living room with comfortable seating, plasma screen satellite television and DVD player and fireplace.  Sliding doors overlookthe swimming pool and terrace.  This room has air-conditioning.  The dining area has a large solid wood table and chairs for six and sliding doors  overlooking the terrace.  The fully fitted and equipped kitchen offers a washing machine, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.  Also on this leven are two of the three bedrooms.   Bedroom 1, offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes air conditioning and sliding doors leading to a small terrace area.   Bedroom 2 offers two single beds, fitted wardrobe, en=suite shower room wih shower cabinet, toilet and sink unit.  A window overlooks the garden and this room is also air-conditioned.  There is also a ground floor bathroom with separate shower cabinet, toilet and sink unit.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the master bedroom can be found.  It offers two adjacent beds (to give king size), fitted wardrobes, en-suite showr room with shower cabinet, toilet and sink.  South facing sliding doors overlook the pool and garden.  This room is air conditioned. 

Outside is a prive drive with parking space, the 8 x 4 m swimmimg pool, pool shower and brick built barbecue.  The garden offers mature shrubs and trees with garden furniture.
