Ideally located in the luxury resort of Vila Sol, within easy walking distance of facilities and a short car journey to the Algarve's latest water park as well as Vilamoura's popular marina.  Villa Joao is a luxury, child friendly family villa with wi-fi*, private (heatable*) pool and air conditioning.  Golf discounts are available.

Within easy walking disance of the five star Vila Sol Hotel which offers a selection of three restaurants and bars as well as the championship golf course.  Clients staying in Villa Joao would be entitled to a 30% discount from the standard Vila Sol golf rates for bookings made in advance.  Vila Sol also offers other facilities including a choice of restaurants, pub, shops, bank and supermarket, all within a few minutes walk and just a few minutes by car will take you to the Algarve's latest water park or the popular Vilamoura Marina.

Villa Joao is a luxurious and spacious, child friendly family villa offering four bedrooms, four bathrooms, private pool (which can be heated against a supplement) and garden.  Built on two levels, the villa has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and rentals include the use of a cot and high chair (upon request) as well as twice weekly maid service (subject to alternation without prior notice).  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating system (for cooler months this is run against a supplement).

Entrance hall leading to the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and 38" flat screen satellite television offering free-to-air English channels, DVD and CD players.  Sliding doors open onto a spacious covered terrace.  Two steps lead up to the adjacent dining area with seating for 8 people and sliding doors leading to the spacious covered terrace.  A door gives access to the large, luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast table, 'fridge/freezer, separate fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  A door from the kitchen opens onto the barbecue terrace.  Also on this level are two bedrooms, both with twin beds.  One has sliding doors leading to the spacious covered terrace as well as en-suite facilities.  The second is adjacent to a shower room.  Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor

Master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding doors opening on to a balcony overlooking the pool.  The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.  Sliding doors open onto a terrace overlooking the golf course.

Outside can be found the cool barbecue terrace with traditionally domed ceiling.  The table can seat 8 people and there is also a smaller table for any children in the family.  The main covered terrace has two comfortable chairs and a coffee table.  It is surrounded by decorative railings to give added peace of mind when young children are arround as access to the steps leading to the sun terrace and pool area can be restricted.  The large swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) has Roman entrance steps and can be heated* against a supplment.  This is surrounded by sun terrace offering ample comfortable sun beds.  The garden is mainly laid to lawn with pretty plants and shrubs.
