A luxury four bedroom villa located on the Laguna Golf Course in Vilamoura, near the Millennium and Laguna Club House. The villa has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard and offers luxurious accommodation with air conditioning/winter heating throughout. The fourth bedroom has an option for two additional beds, making the villa suitable for 10 people
The attractive garden and large swimming pool overlook the golf course. Guests can relax in air conditioned comfort and during the winter months, the villa can be fully heated. Parking is at the front of the villa via electric gates. There is a large terrace on the first floor, accessed by the three bedrooms on that level. On this terrace and the onces located near the pool and barbecue area, there is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. the second and third bedrooms offer twin beds and both have en-suite bathrooms.
The living dining room has satellite television, DVD and stereo and sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace by the pool. The modern, fully fitted dining kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 'fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a separte laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
The fourth bedrooms is located on the lower ground level and has two single beds and a private bathroom. Also in this room there is the option to have two additional beds, making the villa suitable for 10 people.
