Lakeside Village is located just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport and comprises a small group of select properties within the exclusive Quinta do Lago estate.  It offers clients use of the Lakeside tennis courts and communal swimming pools set within the well maintained communal gardens.  The lake offers water sport activities and a horse riding centre is within easy walking distance of the village. 

Quinta do Lago itself contains three golf courses, the beach is located on the south side and Quinta Shopping Mall on the north, which offers a range of shops, restaurants and bars.  Deep-sea fishing, sailing trips and many other facilities are to be found within a short drive.

This two bedroom villa is built on two levels with private, heatable pool and garden. It was refurbished in 2005 so offers good quality accommodation. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a serving hatch through to the dining room.  The living/dining room is nicely furnished and has a television and sliding doors leading to the covered terrace and pool.

The stairs are carpeted and lead to the master (double) bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors leading to a private balcony.  The twin bedroom is also en-suite and has fitted wardrobes.  Both bedrooms are air conditioned (run against a supplement).

Outside is the swimming pool, barbecue and sun terrace.

For larger parties who like to be close on holiday, but not living together, 434A (adjacent - see separate listing) can also be rented.  It is a similar standard of accommodation and can also sleep 4 people.  It also has a private heatable pool and air conditioning.
