A beautifully modernized, single storey, 4 bedroom villa with private pool, in the heart of Vilamoura's popular Old Village area, just a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants.  The villa has been thoughtfully refurbished to accommodate families of all ages, including those with mobility problems.  There is air conditioning in the living/dining room as well as the master bedroom.

Entrance into the hall which gives access to all rooms except the 4th bedroom which is accessed via the living room.  The open plan living/dining room is spacious, light and airy.  It is beautifully furnished with three comfortable, leather sofas and enjoys the beneift of a large palsma screen satellite television (free to view channels), DVD player and CD player.  The dining table can seat 6 comfortably.  From each area is a set of sliding doors opening onto a sun terrace with dining table and chairs, with the pool beyond.  The modern, fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, 'fridge/freezer and microwave.  A door gives access to the barbecue area. 

All four bedrooms each contain two single beds, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a shower room en-suite and the third bedroom has a shower room adjacent.  The master bedroom and third bedroom also have doors leading to the garden.

Outside can be found the swimming pool with Roman steps at the entrance, whilst sin terraces, grassed areas and pretty trees and shrubs surround the villa.  The fence/decorative hedging gives amply privacy when sun bathing or swimming.  There is a barbecue area with tables and chairs and there are sun beds on the sun terrace.
