A 4 bedroom villa with air conditioning, private heatable pool (run against individual supplements) and wireless internet connection, overlooking the Pinhal Golf Course.  Situated in a quiet residential area, not far from amenities.  Shops, bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk and the marina, which offers a wider range is just 5 minutes by car.  The local tourist bus also passes this area.

The living/dining room has satellite television, wireless internet connection and sliding doors giving access to the pool area (if required, pool heating is run againt a supplement).   The kitchen is well furnished with washing machine, cooker, 'fridge/freezer and microwave.  Also on this leve are two bedrooms, a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room and a double bedded room.  There is also a further shower room and a guest cloakroom.  On the firt floor is a double and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom.  The spacious landing/second living room has sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the garden and golf course beyond.

Outside  can be found the landscaped gardens which overlook the golf course, an 8 x 4 m (approx.) kidney shaped swimming pool which can be heated against a supplement and  barbecue terrace.  There is also a gated private parking area.
