Sizeable entrance hall gives access to the spacious, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen.  The dining table can comfortably seat 8 people as can the living room sofas and chairs.  For entertainment there is a flat screen satellite television, DVD player and hi-fi.  Two sets of sliding doors give access to the covered terrace, garden and pool area.  The kitchen is very well equipped with 'fridge/'freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and the large utility room offers further storage, 'fridge/'freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilites.  Both rooms are stylishly furnished with granite worktops.  A door opens onto the rear of the property where the barbecue is situated.

From the entrance hall, there is a corridor giving access to three of the bedrooms and a separate large shower room with WC.  All of these bedrooms have twin beds and large, built-in cupboards; two of them have en-suite shower facilites.  Stairs (not suitable for young children) from the hall lead up to the master bedroom suite which has twin beds and sliding doors leading to a private terrace wth patio furniture.  There is a dressing area and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

The villa has a spacious landscaped garden with comfortable sofas, dining table to seat 8, chairs, sun beds and of course, a large, heatable, eco-friendly swimming pool with Roman steps for access.  The tall electric entrance offer privacy and peace of mind and there is also a safe in the villa.  Air conditioning, central heating and pool heating are run against individual supplements.  Three is also a travel cot and high chair for infants.
