Set in a peaceful location, enhanced by the surrounding golf courses and countryside but within walking distance to Vilamoura Marina and the beach, Apartment Louisa is a modern, luxury ground floor apartment that has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning.

Leading off the entrance hall is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The guest bedroom offers twin beds which can be arranged as a double bed and French doors leading to a small terrace. There is a full bathroom adjacent. The spacious living/dining room offers satellite television, DVD and CD player and French doors lead to a huge terrace, which is shared with the master bedroom. On the terrace are table, chairs, sun beds and a barbecue. This in turn leads to the communal gardens and pools. The master bedroom offers a full en-suite bathroom and contains a super king-size bed, but it can be made up as two twins if preferred.

The communal gardens have been landscaped and offer plenty of grass for children to play. There are two swimming pools, a large infinity pool and a children's pool, surrounded by decking giving further areas for sunbathing.
