Quinta Verde is an exclusive development of luxury villas located just 1 km from Quinta do Lago which offers a host of activities including a lively shopping mall, with bars, restaurants and exclusive shops; riding stables, water sport lake, tennis center and beautiful beaches.  Villa Luella is a very luxurious, child friendly 4 bedroom villa with private pool, barbecue.  Air conditioning, pool heating and under floor heating are available against individual supplements.

Grand entrance hall with alarm system and stairs leading to the first floor.  The living room is beautifully furnished and has satellite television, DVD and sliding doors leading to a covered terrace with comfortable seating to enjoy morning coffee.  Two steps lead up to the spacious dining room which also has sliding doors leading a covered terrace with dining furniture.  The fully fitted, modern kitchen has polished granite surfaces as well as modern conveniences such as a microwave and dishwasher.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms.  The first, with full en-suite bathroom, has sliding doors leading to the sun terrace.  The second double bedroom has a shower room adjacent.
