Description

Built on a cliff top, 30 metres above sea level and commanding breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Villa Lusitana is just 45 minutes from Faro International Airport and walking distance to the beaches.

Vale de Currais is a prestigious residential area of Carvoeiro and a haven of peace and tranquility.  Within a few minutes drive you have access to golf, tennis, horse riding, restaurants and shops.

The villa also offers free internet access.  Away from the peak season, the villa can be rented by the room instead of as a whole property and in these circumstances; a breakfast buffet is served in the dining room.

Built on two levels, the villa is accessed through the entrance hall which offers access to the internet.

The dining room, to seat up to 18 people and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer are also on this level.   There is a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in an outdoor utility room.

There are 6 twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms and there is an addition full bathroom.  The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor open onto the pool terrace.  Each bedroom also contains television, CD player and desk as well as a small sofa or extra bed.  Some bedrooms also offer telephone and internet access connection.

Outside is a beautifully landscaped garden, large heated (against a supplement) swimming pool (10 x 5 m), barbecue area and terraces which enjoy magnificent sea views and offers ample garden furniture.

Just 1km from the villa is the Carvoeiro tennis club where courts can be rented by the hour.  Horse riding, scuba diving centre and a selection of golf courses are within a few minutes drive and the villa’s central location allows for a wide variety of half and full day trips throughout the Algarve.

Prices for additional persons upon request.  Pool heating is run against a supplement which varies according to the time of year, air conditioning included.
