A beautifully maintained, spacious four bedroom villa located iwithin walking distance of Vilamoura marina, in a secluded cul-de-sac in this popular family resort.

The villa is comprehensively equipped offering everything you would need and additionally has a pool table and table tennis table, which are great for keeping everyone amused.  The villa is approximately 15 minutes walk from the marina, with it's lively atmosphere and night life.  The furnishings ae to a high standard and the tasteful decor is in fitting with the style of the villa.  It is also air conditioned throughout.

The spacious entrance hall has stairs leading to the first floor and also offers a guest cloakroom.  The large modern kitchen has a generous amount of cupboard space, dishwasher, 'fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven as well as a microwave.  The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.  The dining room seats 8 people and the spacious living room has ample comfortable seating, satellite television, DVD player and stereo.  Three sets of French doors lead to various terraces.  A short flight of steps lead up to bedroom 1 which has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to a small terrace.  There is a television and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. 

The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor.  Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom with overhead shower.  Bedroom two has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a seating area.  Bedroom three has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading onto a small terrace.  Bedroom four (master bedroom) has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, television, video and en-suite shower room.  This room also has French doors. 

Outside can be found the 9 m x 5 m swimming pool, brick built barbecue, pool shower, parking area and landscaped gardens with pretty shurbs and trees.
