Description

The entrance is into an impressive hallway which leads to a spacious living room. Sliding doors lead to the sun terrace and pool. The elegant dining room gives access to the very impressive kitchen which contains a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and built-in cappuccino and espresso coffee machine. There are two ground floor bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (with double size cubicle). Also on this level is a guest cloakroom.

An imposing open staircase leads to a glass galleried landing, the master bedroom and another double bedroom, both of which have en-suite bathrooms and access to a terrace which enjoys breathtaking views.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the television room which offers plenty of seating for the whole family, including 2 sofa/beds which can accommodate extra guests. Also on this level is the laundry room which is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.  A fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom is planned shortly – completion of this area will not affect the enjoyment of guests.

Outside can be found the large, heatable swimming pool (heating run against a supplement), pretty garden with lawns and borders, sun and shaded terraces, large barbecue area and poolside shower. The villa is air conditioned throughout (also run against a supplement). Because of the staircase and glass galleried landing, this villa may not be suitable for young children.
