Located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, Moja is lovely family villa, being well proportioned, built on two levels and offering all amenities for an ideal holiday. Air conditioning and pool heating are available and run against individual supplements.
On the ground floor is an entrance hall with cloakroom, a large living/dining room which is attractively furnished and enjoys cable television and doors leading out to the garden and the swimming pool. There is a study and fitted dining kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher with adjacent laundry area. Also on this level are two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
On the first floor is the master double bedroom with dressing ara and en-suit eand bathroom. Doors lead to a large balcony with furnishings overlooking the pool and golf course beyond. From this terrace, external stairs lead down to the pool.
The gardens are mostly lawned but have a number of mature palms and colourful hibiscus and bougainvillea to add interest. The large swimming pool measures approx. 12 m x 5 m that has optional heating and there is a built-in barbecue.
