There is no other word to describe this villa, but "Different!"  Situated in Lagos with scenic views and just one hour's drive from Fair airpport (two hours from Lisbon or Seville).  The nearby beach of Meia Praia is just 3 kms away.  The centre of the historic town of Lagos is approximaely 2.k km where there is a wealth of bars, restaurants and night ife.  There are four golf courses in the vicinity and wind surfing, sailing and deep sea fishing as well as sail boats can be arranged from Lagos marina.

This unique property is a converted hotel that still offers all the service of it's former life, but the luxury of a private villa.  A unique and charming villa decorated in a modern style which is both warm and welcoming.  Every detail has been thought out to produce a villa wich is quite simply, different.  The gated access opens to give 12 parking spaces.  Facilities include free wireless internet connection, fax machine, alarm system, pool table, table tennis, DVD player, CD player, i-Pod docking and cots and high chairs are available on request.

The villa comprises 10 en-suite rooms (9 twins and 1 king size) that have been individually furnished by famous interior designers.  All rooms have air conditioning, a private balcony or terrace, satellite television, mini-bar, hair dryer, telephone, safe, beach towels and bath robes.  Daily house-keeping and personal laundry service are available but charged extra.  The villa also has a bar, a breakfast room with doors leading to the barbecue terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar and living room with pool table.

Outside can be found the swimming pool a Jacuzzi (heating is run against a supplement) a sauna and from September 2010, a well equipped gym will be available.  The landscaped gardens extend to 2,500 sq.m.
