A well-furnished semi-detached townhouse in a closed condominium, with electric entrance gates, situated only fifteen minutes walking distance from Vilamoura Marina.

The entrance hall leads to nicely furnished living/dining room with dining table for six people, attractive sofas, slow-burning log fire and cable television.  Sliding doors lead to the outside terrace overlooking and private garden. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.  Up half a flight of stairs to the first (double) bedroom with private balcony and a shower room adjacent.  Another half flight of stairs lead to the upper floor with the second (twin) bedroom and the master(double) bedroom.  The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the communal gardens and pool area and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi.

Air conditioning for the living room and master bedroom is included in the rental p[rice.   Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.  The frequency of these services can be increased against a supplement.

Outside can be found the private garden with barbecue, dining table, chairs and sunbeds.  A gate leads to the communal gardens which are mainly lawned for children to play.  There are two swimming pools, a large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool.

THE COST OF AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE DURING THE PEAK SEASON, BUT OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD, IT IS RUN AGAINST A SUPPLEMENT.
