Located within 10 metres of the beach, this lovely modern, 2 bedroom duplex apartment enjoys magnificient ocean views.  For the added safety of young children, there are safety gates at the top and bottom of the apartment stairs and the glass on the balconies is safety glass.  Outside is a large communal pool (20 m x 5 m) and a private car park.  There is also a roof-top communal sun terrace.  The apartment is accessed by a lift.

The fishing village of Quarteira offers lots of local restaurants, supermarkets and a very popular fish market.  The promenade is flat and easy to walk and for those who would like to walk a little further, Vale do Lobo lies to the east and Vilamoura to the west.  Golf and tennis are also close by.
