Description

The architectural style of The Old Village is based on the classical 18th century town houses of Portugal.  It’s traditional elegance and charm, mixed with the modern facilities offered makes The Old Village a unique and desirable holiday location. 

Situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Vilamoura with its attractive yachting Marina, numerous shops, bars and restaurants and surrounded by Vilamoura Pinhal golf course, The Old Village has a wealth of entertainment within easy reach.  Within the village can be found three outdoor swimming pools, one with an attractive poolside bar; restaurants; bars and a supermarket.  There is also a children's play area and the management company are happy to arrange excursions, taxis etc.

A range of properties are available from studio and one bedroom apartments (which comfortably sleep two adults and one child) through two and three bedroom maisonettes, to five bedroom town houses.  All properties (apart from some studios) benefit from either ground floor patios, or roof terraces, some of the larger properties enjoy both.  All properties are fully equipped and rentals include weekly maid service, clean linen and towels and electricity.  Satellite televisions can be hired by the week.

As the properties are privately owned, they are furnished to a standard, but individual features (e.g. washing machines) vary from property to property.
