Almancil holiday villa - Oliveira (Casa da Oliveira)

A charming, child-friendly family property with pool fencing and pool heating available, set in a peaceful location surrounded by olive groves, in the historic village of Sao Lorenco just outside of Almancil, which offers a wide variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

Close to beaches, golf courses and just 15 minutes drive from the airport.  The property has recently been refurbished and extended to give extra space (and an extra bed).    The propery also offers a cot, high chair and push chair and for older children there is a selection of books and games.

The spacious living room contains a satellite television, log burning fire (logs supplied) for winter months, sofa bed and extensive library of books, tapes, CDs, DVDs and videos.  There is an archway through to the dining room which has French doors leading to a covered terrace, the enclosed garden and pool.  The ground floor bedroom with super king-sized bed has a full bathroom (with separate shower) en-suite.  The cloakroom is also on this level.

The newly fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher and microwave and there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs lead to the first floor which offers 3 further bedrooms, 1 twin and a bedroom to sleep 3 (with a single bed and bunk beds) which share a full bathroom containing bath with shower over.  The master bedroom has a super king-sized double bed (or twin beds if preferred) with en-suite dressing room and shower room and French windows lead onto a private balcony.

Outside the pretty garden has a lawned area for children to play and the garden is enclosed by a wall, with large entrance gates for added security. There is a barbecue and the large pool (12 x 4m) has Roman steps into the shallow end and can be fenced for peace of mind when there are young children in the party.  Oliveira also enjoys an air conditioning/heating system which is included in the rental price and wall mounted electric panel heaters in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms, plus heating in the bathrooms and kitchen.  There is a safe for the use of clients and a cot, high chair and pushchair if required.  There is ample parking for 4 or 5 cars.

All guests receive a grocery and drinks welcome pack.
