A renovated three bedroom townhouse with private pool and garden, located in a quiet area of Vilamoura between the old village and the Hilton Hotel complex, less than 2.5 kms from the marina and 3 kms from the beach.
From the entrance hall is access to the living/dining room which has comfortable seating, satellite television and DVD. The dining are has table and chairs to seat six people. Sliding doors give plent of light to the living area and lead to a small terrace by the private pool. The fitted kitchen is well equipped iwth electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, 'fridge/freezer and microwave.
Stairs lead to the first floow where there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one wish two single beds). One the of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.
