A beautifully converted and restored 18th century farmhouse that offers space and style for a truly unique blend of charm and character.  The main farmhouse can sleep 12 people and the adjacent cottage can sleep 4.  

Located in a rural setting, it has lovely views over Sao Bras and the surround area.  Extremely peaceful, it is an ideal property for that family get-together.

In the main farmhouse there are 6 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 3 twins .  Of the four bathrooms, there are two bathrooms and 2 shower rooms.  One bathroom is en-suite and so is one of the shower rooms.  There is also a guest cloakroom.  The farmhouse kitchen has a gas range (with double oven), fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a dining table and chairs to seat 4/6.  The separate dining room has a large oak dining table.  There are two living rooms and a games/reading room as well as a separate television room (with DVD player).  One the of the living rooms has a large fireplace.  The conservatory has a selection of breakfast tables and chairs and overlooks the pool.

The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two twin bedrooms.

Most of the rooms have doors leading onto terraces overlooking 12 m x 8 m pool. The barbecues are has a marble dining table and seating and in the courtyard there is a pretty water feature.  Lawned gardens are surrounded by shrubs and fruit trees and there is a large parking area.
