Parque da Floresta offers townhouses with two or three bedrooms and detached luxury villas with three or four bedrooms.  Townhouses are close to the Clubhouse and communal facilities and have their own private terrace.  Each villa has its own garden, swimming pool, sun terrace or balcony and barbecue area with views over the golf course to the ocean.  Whilst they are private, these villas are rarely more than 500m from the Clubhouse, main pool and the first tee.

Clubhouse facilities include discount golf course academy, restaurant and bars offering a full programme of activities and regular evening entertainment, outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool with play area, fitness suite, beauty salon, heated indoor pool, bowls, tennis (professional coach available), archery and horse-riding.  During the school holidays there is an activity programme for children of all ages.
