A very special, family holiday property which enjoys sea views, is 5 minutes walk to the beach (with three restaurants), furnished to an exceptionally high standard and enjoys air conditioning and a private hot tub as well as a large communal pool.  Built on one level it is ideal for elderly and very young alike with perimeter hedging and wall giving added peace of mind when young children are around.

Entrance hall  with security entrance facility, leading to all rooms.  The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, ‘fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor and microwave.  The window overlooks landscaped gardens.  The spacious living/dining room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large plasma screen cable television (including Sky Sport), DVD player, CD player and a dining table to seat eight.  Sliding doors give access to the sun terrace with dining table, chairs and a hot tub. 

The master bedroom has a double bed, plasma screen television, full en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and a dressing area with sliding doors and automatic lighting.  From the bedroom, sliding doors open onto the sun terrace with the hot tub. 

The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and automatic lighting.  This bedroom also has a spacious en-suite shower room.

Outside is the sun terrace with dining table and chairs, and the hot tub to enjoy those lovely sea views or relax in the evening underneath the stars.  Steps lead down to a large decked terrace.  All of this is totally enclosed with walling and hedges so adding peace of mind when young children are in the family.  There are sun beds and a parasol for shade.  A gate gives access to the communal gardens and large communal pool.  To the front of the property is parking space.
