Situated in a peaceful valley in the midst of olive trees, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Sao Lourenco, famous for its beautiful historic church (which can be glimpsed from the first floor balcony). Villa Raffy is close to the exclusive beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo as well as many of the top golf courses and tennis clubs for which the Algarve is famous, yet it is only 15 minutes drive from Faro International Airport.

This modern, luxury villa is generously proportioned (515 sq.m.) and stands in a 1,515 sq.m. landscaped plot. There are 4 large bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite), two have private balconies and two have ground floor tiled terraces.

Outside is a pool shower, the 12 x 6 m swimming pool which can be heated (against a supplement) and has an integral Jacuzzi, a built in barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs and sun shade.
