This villa offers families spacious accommodation, together with a generous garden and pool area making it a perfect family holiday villa.  It is located in the popular resort of Vilamoura within a 15 minute walk of the Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life.   The villa has recently been refurnished and given a fresh look, while at the same time maintaining the traditional style of the villa.  It is extremely well equipped and offers clients everything they would ever need from a holiday villa, including a wireless internet connection.  There is also a snooker table available and the villa enjoys air conditioning throughout.

Access to the villa via electric gates leading to the parking area.  Entrance into the villa is via the large entrace hall.  There is a large living/dining room with wood burning fire, central heating, air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player and sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool area.  The dining area is has a sideboard, dining table and seating for 8 people.  This area also has sliding doors giving access to the garden.  The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, 'fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  Sliding doors give access to the garden. 

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor.  Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, sliding doors leading to the pool terrace, air conditioning and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, sliding doors leading to the pool terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.  Bedroom 3 also has a double bed, fitted warrobes, sliding doors leading to the garden, air conditioning, and en-suite shower room.  Also on this level is a bathroom with shower cabinet.

The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and is built in an open-plan style.  It offers 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to  the games room which has a full size slate bed pool table, satellite television and a bar area with wine/beer cooler.

Outside is the pretty garden with mature shrubs and trees, larege (10 m x 5 m) swimming pool, brick built barbecue with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
