Description

A five bedroom villa that offers the height of luxury together with the perfect solution to privacy for a  large group.  The villa is located in a quiet position at the end of a cul-de-sac in the exclusive San Lorenzo estate and enjoys the benefits of electric entrance gates, alarm system, air conditioning throughout and pool heating (run against a supplement). 

Electric entrance gates open onto the calçada drive which gives access to various parts of the villa.  A further entrance gate leads up a short flight of steps to a courtyard with feature water fountain.  The courtyard gives access to three en-suite bedrooms and the main house. 

MAIN HOUSE
Entrance hall giving access to the living/dining room, television room, study, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor.  The master bedroom suite is on the first floor.

The living/dining room has doors leading out to a covered terrace beside the barbecue area with the pool beyond.  There are comfortable sofas and armchairs as well as a large dining table to seat 10 people.  Archways at opposite ends of the room lead to the television room and kitchen.  The television room offers further sofas. a plasma screen television DVD player and doors leading to the terrace and pool area. 

The kitchen is very well equipped with a circular, stainless steel preparation sink and marble topped dining area to seat four.  There is also a full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, built-in coffee maker and ‘fridge/freezer.  A door gives access to a short flight of steps leading down to the drive and there is a further door from the kitchen leading to the courtyard.  Adjacent is the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Also on ground floor is a guest cloakroom, the first bedroom and the study with desk and telephone as well as an easy chair for relaxing.  Doors from the study lead out to the terrace beyond. The bedroom offers a large four-poster bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, a bath and separate shower cubicle.  Doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the garden. 

Stairs from the entrance hall give access to the landing with doors leading to a terrace overlooking the courtyard.  The master bedroom suite is entered via the dressing room (with fitted wardrobes and free standing mirror.  The bedroom is extremely spacious with large double bed and a variety of comfortable seats including a chaise long.  The room also has doors opening onto a private sun terrace overlooking the pool.  Through the dressing room is a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a comfortable Jacuzzi bath free standing on three sides, twin hand basins and a separate shower cubicle with built in seating.  There is separate adjacent cloakroom.

COURTYARD ACCOMMODATION
Bedroom three offers twin beds and doors leading to a private terrace.  The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful sunken bath with shower over.  Doors lead to a private terrace.  Bedroom four has twin beds and a spacious en-suite shower room.  Bedroom five also has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with sunken walk-in bath with shower over containing seating at both ends. 

OUTSIDE LIVING
The villa enjoys a beautifully landscaped garden with delightful walkways leading to the pool area (pool can be heated).  This is surrounded by sun terrace and there is a barbecue area as well as a covered terrace with dining table and chairs.  There are a number of sun beds near the pool and another tables and chairs on one of the bedroom terraces.
