Description

Quinta Sebastian is a lovingly restored 100 year old farmhouse, nestled in the most picturesque setting with sweeping views over the valley full of orange and lemon groves.

It was named after the owners son Sebastian who has grown up there. Wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, walls a meter thick, it is full of character and warmth, and comfortably furnished with a rustic feel.

The house sits in its own lawned and pretty garden and offers total privacy, with a large (5mts x 10mts) fenced and gated salt water swimming pool.  The pool and garden can be flood lit at night.

There are lots of sun beds to soak up those Algarvian rays, and comfortable garden  furniture to relax in.

There are basket ball hoops,  table tennis and some extra toys for the smallest members of the family.  There is satellite TV, videos, and a wood burning fire for the winter months.

Located in a peaceful farming hamlet, only 8 mins from the coast, and twenty minutes from Faro Airport, the lovely Portugese neighbours  are always generous with their smiles and oranges!  Local tradesmen appear throughout the week, the fish man, bread man and vegetable man who all toot their horns to let you know they are there.

There are four bedrooms in the main house.  The master bedroom with its pretty en-suite bathroom, has French windows leading out onto the swimming pool area.  It has a king sized bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.  Bedroom two and three share a shower room, and have twin beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bedroom four has an en-suite shower room, a king size bed and a fan and air conditioning.  A large farmhouse kitchen, also has dishwasher and microwave, double oven, six ring gas hob and large fridge.  It has a separate dining room, with a piano which has seen better days!!

Separate to the main house is the annex,  which has twin beds, and en-suite shower room, air conditioning and has a pretty view through the hamlet.
