Description

A majestic five bedroom villa offering generously proportioned accommodation, built on a very large plot with imposing views across the golf course and Ludo Valley.  The villa enjoys the beneifit of a large pool; purpose built, covered barbecue area; air conditioning and mature, landscaped gardens that melt into the golf course.  There is also a water feature for tranquility and large entrance gates for privacy.

The elegant entrance hall has a guest cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor.  The entrance hall also gives access to three bedrooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted dressing table, en-suite bathroom containing bath tub with shower over.  Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted dressing table, sliding doors with access to the garden and an en-suite shower room.  Bedroom 3 has a double bed, free standing dressing table, sliding doors with access to a terrace and garden beyond and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower cubicle. 

Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor opening onto a very spacious landing that has a sofa and built in desk. 

The master bedroom suite is airy and generously proportioned and offers a double bed, dressing area, built-in dressing table, television, sliding doors overlooking the garden and a very large en-suite bathroom comprising a feature bath tub, drying area, separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet cubicle and twin hand basins set in an elegant built-in vanity unit.  Sliding doors open onto a curved balcony overlooking the gardens with golf course and valley beyond.

Bedroom 5 has a double bed, built-in dressing table, sofa, television, dressing area, sliding doors giving access to a balcony overlooking the garden and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath tub, separate shower cubicle and sliding doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the garden, golf course and valley.

Outside can be found the beautifully landscaped gardens, affording golf course views from many points.  A water feature is close to the pool area and there is a large covered terrace with gas barbecue, sink, preparation area, dining table and chairs overlooking the large pool and valley.  From the garden, a path leads down to a summerhouse, strategically positioned for the benefit of those who would like to enjoy watching the golfers and it also offers peace and quiet to enjoy the views.
