A traditional old family villa with lots of charm and delightful views across the village and out to sea. Set in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Boliqueime, just 25 minutes drive from Faro airport and 10 minutes from a selection of beaches. Bars, shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance in the village.

The cosy living/dining room has with satellite television and a door leading to the terrace which has peaceful views out to sea. A new kitchen has recently been installed and is well equipped with a dishwasher The laundry room has a washing machine.

Upstairs, the master (double) bedroom has a shower room en-suite and door leading to a small balcony which again enjoys extensive views. The second (double) bedroom; large twin bedroom  and four twin bedroom share two further bathrooms.

Outside are two pools:- a large swimming pool and a smaller children’s pool, surrounded by terracing and a wall with gated access.  There is plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbecue.
