The spacious living room has a satellite television, CD player and slow burning log fire for cooler months. Off the living room is the dining room at one end and a snug at the other.

The fully fitted kitchen is complete with microwave and dishwasher and a granite central preparation area. There is a separate, very spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Also on  the ground floor are two twin bedrooms each with full en-suite bathrooms and a separate cloakroom.    

Upstairs is a seating area for playing games or reading which contains two sofa beds and fitted wardrobes (one contains a safe).

There are three further bedrooms, two twins each with full en-suite bathrooms and the very spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size double bed and full en-suite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double power shower cubicle. Ther is another safe in the master bedroom.

Each of the bedrooms on this level gives access to the first floor sun terrace. Steps from this terrace lead down to the garden.

All bedrooms enjoy the benefit of air conditioning (optional extra)

The garden extends to approximately half an acre and is mainly laid to lawn allowing plenty of space for children to play.

The 12 m swimming pool and children's pool can be heated (optional extra) and there is a lovely built-in barbecue and dining areas.
